Welcome to the first week of your new training plan. I hope you’re as excited as I am! Each week we will hit all the major muscle groups to create the body of your dreams. Don’t worry, there are rest days each week, which your body will need to recover from the hard work you put it through. This week will be a learning curve as you figure out the order of exercises and establish good weights to use. I suggest tracking your weights in a journal so you can see your progress each week. Now, let’s get our gym clothes on and head to the gym!
